Finding Each Other..

These two little love birds have found the best thing ever.

This was done on Batmankoff in photoshop. Its part of a set. This took a little while but was worth the wait of seeing it finished. The bleeding hearts just look perfect being added to this piece.

All these beautiful birds in my backyard keep popping up either here or other places in the city. This piece was inspired by a beautiful blue bird I saw.  Then it was furthered by a photo of bleeding heart flowers my boyfriend sent me. I was intending just the blue bird but the bleeding hearts fully bring it together.

I did this in photoshop on Batmankoff. This is the first of a set. 

A little paradise in the city..

I've been walking by where the Parrots of Telegraph hill moved to recently. They aren't on Telegraph hill anymore. They are now located on the top of Vallejo street in San Francisco. When I lived in that area I could hear them all the time. They used to wake me with their songs in the mornings. Somewhere along the line this was inspired and I started painting it.  Here are two little birds of paradise caught finding each other in the trees..

This was done on Batmankoff using photoshop. I've been painting alot of birds lately and it seems to be turning into a theme.. for now. Enjoy

Love Indeed!!

These birds were inspired from a photograph on a community page I follow. Animal Story via facebook. I was looking at all of the photos and one caught my eye and I thought to create my own artistic variation of the picture. So here are two little Japanese White Eyes through my eyes.

The original photograph was taken at DaSyueShan, Taichung County in Taiwan by John&Fish.

Curiousity..

first print in a series I'm doing about the adventures that come out of having three cats. They follow you everywhere and are curious about everything. So much for private ME time.. I guess life wouldn't be as fun without them though.

Done in Photoshop on Batmankoff.. The setup was from my time in Vancouver but due to my busy sched as a VFX artist.. painting takes a backseat at times.

This piece was done as a gift to my boyfriend. He loves my kitties and coffee so much so I painted this on batgirl as a gift. The original is in his kitchen.

Dragons meeting

So I finally had a moment to work on this piece. Inspired by a photo I saw.. These little guys could be discussing anything from what's for lunch or how to save the galaxy without us ever knowing it.


I worked on Batgirl using Procreate to bring these guys to their decision making wheat they are sitting on.
